Pacific oyster, farmed on rafts in the Arousa Estuary and served in red escabeche. We open, pick and pack fresh oysters, all by hand, before adding the escabeche.
Ingredients: Oysters, sunflower oil, vinegar, peppers, black pepper, bay leaves.
